They are incredibly customer focused. I picked up my van yesterday and it’s beautiful! Doing business with Toby was very straightforward. The sale process was handled with me, the customer, in mind. It was all about me and what I needed rather than what they had on the forecourt to sell. Needless to say how brilliant they were at addressing some additional requests of mine before picking up and also offering a cam belt replacement included in the sale price. That was agreed by Toby and management before I was even told the cam belt would need to be replaced! Now that’s why I will be a customer for a very long time! Great company with a great USP and ethos! 👍👍👍
