We picked up our T6 Highline this afternoon from Van Haven – our first ever campervan!! We chose Van Haven based on customer testimonials, and clear, informative website. We contacted Olly just before Christmas and he has been brilliant throughout; from giving us confidence on initial enquiries, fielding our newbie queries on first seeing the van on the Van Haven website, right through to the initial viewing, answering endless questions, organising paperwork and finally the purchase and handover. Such attention to detail! Olly spent two hours with us making sure that we knew how to operate all aspects of our new Camper. The van itself is impeccably specced and beautifully finished, the whole team do an amazing job, they clearly have a passion for what they do and are very customer driven. Olly made sure that we felt comfortable with the whole process before we drove away in our amazing new Camper, nervous (cos it’s so gorgeous!) but excited and looking forward to campervan adventures. Would we recommend Van Haven? Absolutely!
